NEW LOCATION WOTSO expands to 30 locations with WOTSO Jamisontown WOTSO FlexSpace is looking forward to a huge 2025 and is excited to confirm further expansion of its already strong presence in western Sydney, announcing a second site in the Penrith area, its sixth in Sydney’s fastest-growing region. The new workspace is in a high-profile location on busy Mulgoa Road in Jamisontown, a six minute drive from  Penrith CBD, where WOTSO has a bustling space on Station Street. “There’s good demand for flex workspace in and around Penrith, which we want to further capitalise on,” says Jessie Glew, CEO of WOTSO. Jamisontown is scheduled to open in early April, joining Penrith, Blacktown, Campbelltown, North Strathfield and Liverpool as part of WOTSO’s western Sydney network. FULL STORY HERE SUCCESS STORY World’s fastest growing sport takes off at WOTSO Hybrid racquet sport Padel is booming globally and coming to New Zealand in a big way with WOTSO Takapuna member Julian Brown leading the charge. “It’s commonly referred to as the world’s fastest growing sport and there was no question it was going to happen here, it was just whether I was going to be involved or not,” says Julian. Julian founded Pacific Padel in 2023 with a strategy to get New Zealand’s major regional tennis organisations like Tennis Auckland and their clubs on board, offering them a long-term rental income stream in return for setting up Padel courts and facilities onsite. So far so good. Pacific Padel has signed leases at three of the country’s top tennis clubs: Albany Tennis Park and Merton Road Tennis Centre, both in Auckland and Wilding Park Tennis Centre, Christchurch.
