Listed flexible workspace and commercial property owner/manager WOTSO Property (ASX: WOT) recently announced record revenue of $49.7 million for the 2024 financial year.

Flexible workspace provider WOTSO is partnering with XFrame, adopting the early-stage company’s patented sustainable wall framing technology.

WOTSO, Australia’s home-grown ASX-listed flexible workspace operator, has opened its 26th location in Australia and New Zealand at Liverpool in south-west Sydney.

In a joint effort between QIC and WOTSO Property, the two groups have increased the value offering of the traditional retail experience by setting up a WOTSO FlexSpace in one of Western Sydney’s most extensive shopping destinations, Westpoint Blacktown.

On Friday 21 April 2023, WOTSO officially opened its doors to their newest location in North Head Sanctuary, Manly. Daniel Sealey, Director of Planning at the Harbour Trust welcomed WOTSO to their new home.
