"I first joined WOTSO in early 2020, during the height of COVID, and was genuinely impressed by how strongly the company supported its people. While many businesses were having to let staff go, WOTSO went above and beyond to look after its team. Leadership truly cares about its people and actively supports professional growth and development. For personal reasons, I left WOTSO after a couple of years and worked in a different industry. During that time, I stayed in touch with former colleagues, having built strong relationships across the business. I quickly realised how much I missed the culture, the people, and the supportive environment that WOTSO offers. Returning in early 2024 was one of the best decisions I made that year. What I enjoy most is the culture—it strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and a genuinely friendly, relaxed atmosphere. "I joined WOTSO as a Multi-Space Coordinator, and being a ‘Multi’ was such an amazing experience. Just like our members can passport to all WOTSO locations, we get to work across different sites - every team and their members had its own vibe, and no two days were the same! Now as the Space Coordinator at Fortitude Valley, I’ve been able to build even stronger community with my local members. I love everything from a quick kitchen chat to a life catch-up at Friday Drinks. When I started at WOTSO, I was a little nervous about language and work-style differences after recently returning from Japan. But the support I received from the team was incredible. The onboarding and training process was thorough and helpful. I’ve worked at other shared office spaces before, and WOTSO’s training program is hands down the best - with regular refreshers and catch-ups to keep you confident and up to date. Support day-to-day member needs, build relationships and help members and guests feels at home in the space.
Space presentation
Keep the space looking sharp with daily set up/pack down, stocked kitchens and tidy communal areas.

Multi-Site Space Coordinator

Provide flexible support across multiple locations
Keep spaces running smoothly by assisting with day-to-day operations, stepping in to cover leave, and supporting events where needed.
Assist with sales and administration
Assist with sales, including leading tours, managing bookings, updating our CRM and staying connected with potential members.
Support member experience and community
Help create a welcoming, connected environment for members and guests.
Keep our spaces looking and feeling their best
Ensure all areas are clean, well-stocked and set up for members, meetings and daily use.
