Registered Address is designed for businesses that need to use a WOTSO location as their registered business address and/or principal place of business for regulatory bodies such as ASIC. It also includes a professional address, mail and package handling, and optional add-on services. WOTSO currently lists this at $88 per month including GST.

3. Virtual Office PLUS

Virtual Office PLUS includes the same core virtual office benefits, such as a professional address and mail handling, but adds discounted member rates on meeting rooms. This suits businesses that work remotely most of the time but still want occasional access to professional space. WOTSO currently lists this at $121 per month including GST.

4. Registered Address PLUS

Registered Address PLUS combines the benefits of a registered address membership with discounted member rates on meeting rooms allowing members to use the WOTSO address as their business’ official registered address for ASIC and government records, plus access to meeting rooms at member rates. WOTSO currently lists this at $154 per month including GST.

WOTSO registered address members may nominate a WOTSO location as their registered address with regulatory bodies. 

With a WOTSO virtual office membership, your business can use a WOTSO location as its mailing address. Mail and packages sent to that address are received by the local WOTSO team and handled on your behalf. 

1. Your business receives mail at the WOTSO address

When you sign up for a virtual office, you can list the WOTSO location as your professional business address on things like your website, invoices, and company registrations. Mail and deliveries are then sent directly to that location.

2. The WOTSO team receives and stores your mail

When letters or packages arrive, the onsite team accepts the delivery and stores the mail securely until you decide what to do with it. This means you don’t need to be physically present to receive important documents or parcels.

3. You’re notified when something arrives 

Once mail is delivered, the WOTSO team will notify you that you have mail waiting, so you know when something important arrives.

4. Choose what happens next

You can then decide how you’d like to receive it:
