WOTSO HealthSpace is ideal for a wide range of professionals including psychologists, physiotherapists, counsellors, dietitians, massage therapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health providers. It’s also suitable for wellness practitioners and specialists looking for flexible consulting room hire.
WOTSO HealthSpace offers flexible hourly and daily use for therapy rooms only. Treatment rooms are available on a full–time basis only due to hygiene requirements and the costs associated with establishing and maintaining treatment‑specific facilities.
WOTSO HealthSpace memberships includes fully equipped, private rooms. Therapy rooms come with soft furnishings, including a lounge and armchair, as well as a small desk and chair for consultations and administration. Treatment rooms are fitted with a medi sink, treatment bed, and a small table and chair.
Yes, the space can be provided empty, giving practitioners the flexibility to customise and fit out the room to suit specific practice needs.
Yes, there is an unstaffed reception and client waiting area within WOTSO HealthSpace. This space includes comfortable seating for clients, along with a complimentary water station.
WOTSO HealthSpace can be used by NDIS and other registered providers, provided all individual practitioner compliance requirements are met. Our spaces are designed to support a wide range of healthcare services.
No. All WOTSO memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts, giving you full flexibility to grow or adjust your space as needed.
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via your nominated card or direct debit. Any extra services (like printing or meeting room usage) are added to your monthly invoice in arrears.
Yes.
- Coworking memberships can be cancelled at any time.
- Office memberships require one month’s written notice.
You can also upgrade or downgrade your membership as your needs change.
Members receive a secure access pass for 24/7 entry to the space. Visitors are welcome during staffed hours and must sign in; after-hours access for visitors requires prior approval from the Site team.
Yes.
- Coworking and office members can nominate a WOTSO location as their business address for up to five business names.
- Virtual office members may nominate one business name.
Mail can be delivered and collected onsite.
