NEW SITE ANNOUNCED
North Sydney revealed as location of WOTSO’s 33rd site |
WOTSO, Australia’s leading flexspace operator, has signed a deal with building owner Sun Venture to take over the former WeWork offices at 50 Miller Street in the heart of North Sydney.
CEO Jessie Glew says WOTSO will start operating the 2,100sqm site from next Tuesday, April 1, and describes the existing flexspace fitout over three levels as “so sexy”, with minimal changes required to make the space work as a WOTSO.
The big one will be bringing the coworking space onto the ground level, which features floor-to-ceiling windows facing busy Miller Street.
“We’ve had such success with that retail shopfront strategy. At Cremorne, for example, we get so many walk-ins, people interacting and engaging with the space at street level,” says Glew.

Fitouts are in full swing and we’re getting closer to opening!
Things are ramping up as we get ready to open the doors of three brand new WOTSO locations. From the sound of drills to fresh coats of paint, both sites are quickly taking shape. Melbourne is on track to open in early April, with Kogarah and Jamisontown opening shortly after in late April.
Over at Jamisontown, there’s already something special inside. Local artist Michael Black has created a dreamy abstract skyline mural that’s ready to turn heads. It adds a splash of colour and creativity, and fits right in with the look and feel our spaces have become known for.

WOTSO STEPS UP
Supporting QLD workers affected by Cyclone Alfred
In March, WOTSO offered 50% off all day passes at our QLD sites to support those affected by Cyclone Alfred.
Dozens of displaced workers—forced out of their homes by power outages or unable to reach their usual workplaces due to flooding—took advantage of the offer.
The Gold Coast was hit hardest, with Regional Manager Amber Row reporting an “unprecedented” number of walk-ins at the Robina and Varsity Lakes across the month.
“It was great that we could help, and people were very appreciative,” said Row.
