WOTSO (ASX: WOT) (Group) is pleased to announce it has exchanged contracts for the acquisition of another commercial property in New Zealand, located at 271 Willis Street, Te Aro, Wellington, for NZ$2.3M.
With settlement expected to occur on 10 June 2026, the acquisition reflects WOTSO’s continued enthusiasm for the New Zealand coworking market and its confidence in the long-term growth of coworking across the region. Wellington will become WOTSO’s fifth location in New Zealand, with four of those locations now operating from assets owned by the Group.
WOTSO continues to see strong opportunities to grow sustainable local work communities throughout Australia and New Zealand, with increasing demand from businesses and professionals looking for flexible, well located workspace closer to home.
Importantly, the acquisition also highlights WOTSO’s ability to continue pairing operational expansion with strategic real estate ownership, with the Group pleased to have secured another property asset as part of its growth journey.
