It has been a long time coming, but worth the wait. WOTSO has finally opened its first Melbourne flexspace at historic Bank House in the city’s CBD.
The new space, which WOTSO bought late last year, has had a comprehensive makeover to become a vibrant workspace, leveraging the abundant natural light.
Regional Manager Millie Rowe says WOTSO Melbourne is already a hit with interstate WOTSO Passport holders* and local membership is starting to build.
“We’re thrilled to open in Melbourne and welcome new members and to accommodate our existing network when they’re travelling for business,” says Rowe.
CEO Jessie Glew said WOTSO had been looking for the right space in Melbourne over the past decade and felt the timing was right to buy in Melbourne’s CBD.
“We think this was a good buying opportunity, and the right fit for WOTSO,” Glew said.
She says its location in the Bank Place heritage precinct is a major bonus.

The famous Mitre Tavern, Melbourne’s oldest building and a popular pub, is a few steps away and there are dozens of cafes and restaurants close by.
Melbourne was the missing link in WOTSO’s network of 33 sites in Australia and New Zealand, with locations including Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland and Canberra.
WOTSO Melbourne is a smaller more intimate space that has all the WOTSO usuals, secure business-grade internet, a fully stocked kitchen, meeting rooms, staffed reception, an events space, admin services and a mix of private offices and coworking desks.
Bank House, built in 1903 by Charles Robertson, is at 11-19 Bank Place, a character-filled thoroughfare connecting Little Collins Street and Collins Street in the CBD.
