If want a super friendly shared workspace then Wotso and the team should be checked out. I had been working from home (or my cupboard as I called it) for a few years and craved company but still needed to be productive. We have had an office here for 5 months and I wouldn't choose anywhere else to do our business. The staff at Wotso Takapuna are great and they will go above and beyond to help you with even the smallest of requests.(Thanks for finding that pencil sharpener when I needed it!) Thankyou Janine and Kendell for being awesome. The offices are clean and tidy and so are all the shared spaces, with lots of meeting rooms to hire as well as free to use "phone booths" and printing, it has everything a small business needs to feel comfortable. The kitchens are well stock and so is the drinks fridge! If you want a unique place to do your work, look no further than Wotso Takapuna.

I work from Brisbane Australia but because of timezones travelled to Auckland to be able to work a full day with a client in USA. I intended to stay at Takapuna.
As I was conducting online training all day I needed office space I could access at 5:30am NZ time.
I contacted Janine at Wotso Takapuna to enquire about costs and if it would be possible to rent a space for with access at that time. She responded very quickly and advised 24/7 access was possible and the costs. The payment system was easy to use and provided a receipt straight away.
I arrived the day before and met Kendall who provided my access card and then gave a tour of the facility - amazing office space and kitchen. Everything was managed seamlessly. She advised me about nearby Cafes etc which was great.
As I started early I used the street parking - it is metered parking outside the building from 8am-6pm and there are car park buildings close as well.
Kendall was a delightful to work with, enquiring each day if everything was good etc.
I will definitely use Wotso Takapuna again when I need a workspace in Auckland (just hope they have space for me as although they have a lot of offices most of them seem to be rented) and highly recommend it to anyone wanting temp office space in Takapuna.

As we embarked on offering follow-the-sun support to both existing and new customers, Wotso provided us with the ideal environment to grow and thrive. The flexibility they offered in allowing us to adjust our desk sizes as we gauged our final office space needs was invaluable.

Opting for a dedicated office space within the shared facility, we found ourselves equipped with all the essentials to hit the ground running – from tables and chairs to reliable internet access. But beyond the physical amenities, what truly set Wotso apart was their exceptional staff. Janine and Kendell went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Their warm welcomes and constant support and advice were truly appreciated.

What's more, Wotso didn't just provide a space to work; they fostered a vibrant community atmosphere. From engaging activities like Taco Tuesdays to pancake breakfasts, there was always something to look forward to. While I wish I had more time to partake in these events, they undoubtedly added to the overall positive vibe of the workspace.

Speaking of positive vibes, the camaraderie among fellow cohabitees was a pleasant change. It's evident that the friendly and inclusive atmosphere cultivated by the Wotso team resonates throughout the entire space, making it a pleasure to come to work every day.

In addition to the welcoming atmosphere, the internet was consistently fast and reliable, ensuring that productivity never suffered. Overall, our experience at Wotso has been nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a startup like us or a seasoned professional, I wholeheartedly recommend Wotso for your office space needs. You won't be disappointed!

I recently hired a meeting room at WOTSO Takapuna for a couple of hours and the whole experience went really well. The online booking system is easy to use. One of WOTSO's friendly staff members was on hand at reception to greet my client and me. The room I had booked was tidy, nicely furnished, had plenty of natural light and came well-stocked with coffee and biscuits! Also, the AT parking building in Takapuna is just across the road. So, there is plenty of parking available close by. I won't hesitate to use their meeting rooms again in the future.

Do I need to sign a lease?

No. All WOTSO memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts, giving you full flexibility to grow or adjust your space as needed.

How and when do I pay?

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via your nominated card or direct debit. Any extra services (like printing or meeting room usage) are added to your monthly invoice in arrears.

Can I cancel or change my membership?

Yes.

  • Coworking memberships can be cancelled at any time.
  • Office memberships require one month’s written notice.

You can also upgrade or downgrade your membership as your needs change.

How does access work, including after-hours?

Members receive a secure access pass for 24/7 entry to the space. Visitors are welcome during staffed hours and must sign in; after-hours access for visitors requires prior approval from the Site team.

Can I use WOTSO as my business address?

Yes.

  • Coworking and office members can nominate a WOTSO location as their business address for up to five business names.
  • Virtual office members may nominate one business name.

Mail can be delivered and collected onsite.
