JUST ANNOUNCED
WOTSO launches first Coworking Café at
Stockland’s Piccadilly Complex in Sydney
In case you misssed it, WOTSO has launched a first of its kind concept in the Australian market: the WOTSO Coworking Café, located in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
Opening Tuesday 15 July, this new concept is a compact, convenient flexspace built for modern professionals. A highly accessible touchdown spot with all the WOTSO essentials, without the scale of a traditional site.
Built to transform adaptable retail and lobby spaces in high traffic areas, it draws inspiration from micro workspaces already gaining momentum in Europe.
Despite the name, there’s no coffee for sale. The ‘café’ simply refers to the inviting, relaxed atmosphere.

SITE #33 OFFICIALLY OPEN
A new era begins in Kogarah Clubhouse
Chairman Christopher Blaxland-Walker said teaming up with WOTSO was a
no-brainer. “It’s forward-thinking, practical and still rooted in the local community.”

HARRY’S HOME TRUTH
Flexspace better for building company culture
Working from home has its perks, but for Harry Fry, Head of Asia Pacific at MAS Group, flexspace was the game-changer.
Tasked with launching the UK-based derivatives firm in Australia, Harry started from scratch, initially working from home alongside his first hire. But the remote setup quickly showed its cracks.
“After my colleague resigned, I realised we needed a proper space to build culture, collaborate and grow,” he says.
That’s when he found WOTSO North Sydney. Close to home and full of energy, it was the perfect fit and the business hasn’t looked back since. |
MONTHLY FAVOURITES
Here are our top picks for this month! |
WOTSO WINNERS
Inclusivity & performance recognised with two
Local Business Awards for WOTSO
The win celebrates a six year partnership with NOVA Employment, which has helped WOTSO hire eight incredible team members with disabilities, including Jason Lahoud at Zetland.
Clare Simmons, WOTSO’s Head of People, says the relationship has transformed the workplace: “They’re so reliable, our members love them. It’s a beautiful relationship.”
If only NOVA operated nationally, Clare says, WOTSO would be rolling it out everywhere. |
