Meet David and Carla, the brains behind Profit Peak📈 Frustrated with digital agencies while running their online kitchenware stores, they built Profit Peak to better understand customer journeys and ad returns. It worked so well that they decided to take it to market!
They’ve already onboarded 20 beta customers, snagged extra funding through the PeakXV program, and helped clients boost their profits significantly. Looking ahead, they aim to bring on 150 customers and grow their team, with WOTSO being a big part of their strategy 💚

NEW BLOG POST: WOTSO backs Hamlet’s tech growth plans.
The right tech is very much a modern business essential so when WOTSO couldn’t find an off-the-shelf FlexSpace management platform it liked, it was time to do something different.
That turned out to be developing its own system, Hamlet, after a chance meeting with tech entrepreneur James Brouard at WOTSO Bondi Junction.
“It’s really been developed using us as a test case. In the past 24 months, we’ve realised what it does for us and where it can go,” says WOTSO CEO Jessie Glew.
Hamlet was incorporated in 2021, with WOTSO taking a 40 per cent stake and is now used across 60 different co-working locations run by some of Australia’s leading FlexSpace operators.
Brouard, who developed Hamlet with business partner Mitch S., says they are focused on further expansion in Australia and NZ over the next 12 months.
“After that, I think we’d have the right suite of features to take on everyone else on the other side of the world,” he says.
“Our ultimate goal is 100 per cent automation for the operations of flexible space businesses so staff can focus on what’s bringing revenue in.”
