WE’RE OPEN!
Busy start to working life at WOTSO Jamisontown |
It’s been a hectic couple of weeks at WOTSO‘s newest flexspace in Jamisontown, western Sydney, which opened last Monday.
The final touches, including the positioning of some beautiful plants, were being made to the space as the first members moved in.
Workspace Manager, Katrina Couchman, also had several site tours to contend with while ensuring the site’s first meeting room booking ran smoothly.
“It’s really exciting, we’ve got off to a great start,” said Katrina.
She is one of WOTSO’s original staff members, joining Australia’s leading flexspace business nine years ago when it took over a coworking space she managed in Penrith CBD, 6km away.
That now operates as WOTSO Penrith, and is close to capacity, creating the opportunity for a second space in the area. |
FRESH CHAPTER IN NORTH SYDNEY
We launched our 31st site in true WOTSO style
The exciting evolution of North Sydney’s business precinct – supercharged by the arrival of the Sydney Metro at Victoria Cross Station – took another step forward on Thursday 15th May with the official opening of the new WOTSO FlexSpace at 50 Miller Street.
WOTSO, which now has 31 sites in Australia and New Zealand, took over the space on April 1 and the event was a great opportunity to celebrate the opening and reflect on the journey so far.
CEO Jessie Glew told the gathering the WOTSO team is “super excited” to be part of North Sydney’s growth story and that the attractive three-level space, a former WeWork site, has a great feel and even better location.
“We love it and are so pleased to be here,” she said. |

PARTNERSHIP GROWS
WOTSO and BubbaDesk expand partnership to Canberra
WOTSO and BubbaDesk have agreed to expand their growing partnership and open a second space at WOTSO Dickson in Canberra following the success of their first joint venture at Neutral Bay.
Lauren Perrett, Founder of BubbaDesk, says the partnership is a natural fit. “Neutral Bay is going really well,” said Lauren. “It was our pilot project with WOTSO and a positive early indicator that it’s a great partnership and one we want to continue to grow. “The goal for Dickson is to replicate what we’ve done at Neutral Bay. We’ll be rolling out the same playbook.
BubbaDesk looks after children aged between four months and three years at a rate of $145 per day for childminding and flexspace. |
