WOTSO is partnering with major diversified property group Frasers Property Australia on a new 1,000 square metre coworking space at Rhodes Quarter that will play a key role in the precinct’s ongoing evolution.
Rhodes Quarter will be WOTSO’s 35th coworking space and is one of Sydney’s premier mixed-use commercial precincts close to Olympic Park and Homebush, with easy access to the city and Parramatta by both road and rail.
WOTSO’s new coworking space will complement Rhodes Quarter’s existing high-quality amenity including ample on-site parking, premium end-of-trip facilities, Ohmie GO electric vehicle hire, onsite gym, cafes, onsite childcare, early learning services, and a direct link to Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre.
WOTSO CEO, Jessie Glew, says the agreement is a “great opportunity” to capitalise on demand for coworking and flexible leasing at Rhodes Quarter.

Ms Glew says there’s demonstrated local demand for coworking in the area. Just 10 minutes away, WOTSO North Strathfield has been running at full occupancy for the last eight months[AR1] .
“The day after signing we put out an email to our North Strathfield members and immediately got six takers for space at Rhodes, which is a great sign,” says Ms Glew.
