Smart Industrial, a premium labour-hire firm supporting the electrical,mechanical, and mining sectors across New South Wales to source reliable and skilled talent, experienced huge growth within 18 months of being operational. 

In January 2024, the labour hire firm chose WOTSO Botany for itsflexible workspace solutions and the ability to scale without theconstraints of long-term commitments. Initially occupying a 4-personoffice, Smart Industrial quickly expanded into a prime office suite,which provided them with more room to accommodate their expandingteam and increasing operational needs.

Their rapid success soon led to a new milestone: acquiring their own workshop and engineering space to provide additional services to the engineering labour market. This move marks a significant leap forward for Smart Industrial, showcasing how WOTSO’s flexible model supported their growth and set the stage for their next chapter.
