It’s a huge week for leading coworking operator WOTSO, which is opening three new locations across three different states today.
The latest openings in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne will bring the number of flexible workspaces WOTSO operates across Australia and New Zealand to 38 with more scheduled to open over the next three months.
CEO Jessie Glew says it’s a happy coincidence all three are opening on the same day. “It’s not something we’d planned – it just worked out that way,” she said. The new locations are:
Gregory Hills, southwest Sydney

WOTSO’s eighth coworking space in western Sydney is part of a brand new A-Grade building in Gregory Hills Business Park. It’s a fast-growing region with lots of young families and ideal for coworking.
Sydney’s CBD is a 60km drive away and to get there is a heavy cost in terms of both time and money. Freeway tolls alone cost $18 one-way.
Opened in partnership with landlord and HQ Gregory Hills developer Domenic Vitalone, founder of the Vital Group and Wisdom Homes, it features 83 desks across coworking space, private offices and meeting rooms*.
Tea Tree Plus, northern Adelaide

WOTSO is opening its second Adelaide location in suburban Modbury, where its arrival at the Tea Tree Plus shopping centre has created a flurry of interest in an area starved of coworking options.
Regional Manager Millie Rowe says WOTSO brings something new to Adelaide’s northeastern commuter belt and is proving attractive to freelancers and small businesses who want to cut both the time spent commuting and their fuel bills.
The bright space is designed around a central coworking area plus 30 offices ranging in size from two to 30 desks plus meeting rooms.
South Melbourne

Located in the vibrant inner-city neighbourhood of South Melbourne, this flexible workspace occupies a quality building in a great location between Southbank and Port Melbourne. There is easy access to the CBD, St Kilda, and Docklands.
A strong local hospitality scene with cafés, bakeries, wine bars and dining along Clarendon and Coventry Streets gives the area life and the famous South Melbourne Market is only minutes away.
WOTSO South Melbourne offers 112 desks across a generous coworking area, 18 private offices, an event space and meeting rooms.
(*Every WOTSO has onsite reception, admin support, stocked kitchen, communal spaces, secure business grade internet and 24/7 access for members).
