WOTSO BOOSTS SOUTHERN EXPOSURE
Fourth Victorian Location acquired in Dandenong South |
Leading coworking operator WOTSO has announced its fourth Victorian flexible workspace at Dandenong South, marking another milestone in the company’s continued expansion across Australia and New Zealand.
Located within Pellicano‘s M1 Hub at the M1 and M2 Industry Parks, the new workspace reflects WOTSO’s strategic ‘Work Local’ approach, bringing flexible workspaces closer to where people live and work in high-growth suburban areas.
Over the past 18 months, WOTSO has established its Victorian presence with locations in Melbourne CBD, South Melbourne and Geelong, with Dandenong South representing its first move into Melbourne’s southern suburbs.
Regional Manager Millie Davies-Rowe said the location aligns with WOTSO‘s focus on supporting businesses outside the CBD, providing flexible workspaces, meeting rooms and business services in areas where demand continues to grow.
The expansion also reflects increasing interest from landlords in incorporating coworking into commercial precincts, with WOTSO continuing to explore further opportunities across Melbourne.
The Dandenong South fit-out is underway, with the new workspace scheduled to open in September. |

Social Media Marketing, where every second counts |
You’ve got two, if not three seconds to stop someone mid-scroll. That’s it.

A DECADE OF GROWTH
Celebrating 10 years in Brisbane |
A decade ago, WOTSO opened its doors on Brunswick Street in Fortitude Valley. Since then, Brisbane’s population has grown by 600,000 people, cranes now dominate the skyline, and the city is gearing up for something huge: the 2032 Olympic Games.
WOTSO regional manager Amber Row has watched the shift firsthand, and with six coworking spaces now open across the region with a seventh on the way in Bundaberg, this milestone comes at a pretty exciting time for southeast Queensland. |
