WOTSO this week deepened its commitment to western Sydney with its newest location in the Norwest Business Park.
Norwest is in the booming Hills District, just 10 minutes from WOTSO Blacktown, one of the strongest performing locations in WOTSO’s 40+-strong network of flexible workspaces across Australia and New Zealand.
Western Sydney has been a long-term focus for WOTSO with other spaces in Gregory Hills, Liverpool, Penrith, Rhodes, North Strathfield, Macarthur Square and Jamisontown.
CEO Jessie Glew said it’s a vast and dynamic region with potential for further growth. “We are all in on western Sydney and think its growth story has a long way to run,” Glew said.
Norwest is a major regional corporate centre, home to more than 800 businesses including Woolworths, ResMed, IBM Global Services, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Bankwest.
Spread across a 377-hectare site more than 30km from the Sydney’s CBD, owner/developer Mulpha plans to ultimately accommodate 2,000 businesses and 15,000 residents.
Meanwhile, in nearby growth suburbs Bella Vista, Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Box Hill, thousands of new residents are moving in each year, attracted by quality developments and infrastructure.
For WOTSO it represents a significant opportunity to tap into demand for local coworking and flexible offices.
“We see great potential in the Hills District and enquiry levels are strong from local small businesses and entrepreneurs,” says Regional Manager Maricar Dela Cruz.
“It’s so well connected with the Norwest Metro Station within easy walking distance from our space.”
WOTSO Norwest features 16 offices, 30 coworking desks, office support services, stocked kitchen, secure internet, relaxation and meeting spaces.
Coworking desks cost from $440 a month, while private offices start at $1,320. There are no lock-in contracts and members have secure 24/7 access.
