A new flexible workspace hub from WOTSO Workspace is about to open its doors to the hordes of Northern Beaches workers no longer keen on the commute and for whom work from home has lost its shine.

PodSpot Studios is a collaboration between Matthews’ podcast production company PodSpot and the ASX-listed WOTSO Property (ASX:WOT), which owns and operates a portfolio of coworking spaces Australia wide.

WOTSO Property (WOT) signs contracts for the company’s first property in Western Australia. The property was acquired for $2 million after it was offered for $2.95 million, with money recycled from a $3.5 million sale of a historical asset.

Flexible Workspace Australia (FWA) has become the first peak body for the coworking and flexible workspace industry, formed in response to the growing appetite for hybrid work environments across Australia.
