Flexible co-working business space company WOTSO has officially opened its first location in the St George region.

Australia’s flexible office sector is experiencing significant growth, with demand for co-working spaces expanding from CBDs and inner-city locations into suburban and regional markets.

WOTSO, Australia’s leading flexspace operator, has signed a deal with building owner Sun Venture to take over the former WeWork offices at 50 Miller Street in the heart of North Sydney.

Kogarah Clubhouse will soon house a 120-desk flexible co-workspace after partnering with WOTSO FlexSpace to provide new jobs and opportunities in the area.

Flexible workspace provider WOTSO Property (ASX: WOT) continues to grow its presence in New Zealand, securing a fourth site for NZ$3.7 million.

WOTSO FlexSpace is expanding its already strong presence in western Sydney, announcing a second site in the Penrith area, its sixth in Sydney’s fastest-growing region.
