Mad Paws is a Sydney-based startup that was created to fill in the ever-growing need in the pet boarding market for affordable and local pet accommodation whilst still maintaining the care, love, and attention pets received at high-end, expensive pet boarding services. I am the Office Manager at Mad Paws!

3. Every venture has its ‘ruff’ days. What are some fun challenges or quirky stories you’ve faced since starting Mad Paws?
It’s always great fun having 4 or 5 dogs in the office. Trying not to play with all the dogs constantly during the day and getting work done is challenging. It’s hard looking busy in front of your CEO when all you want to do is play with the doggos!!

Oh, you’re in good paws with us! All of our Pet Sitters undergo a thorough vetting procedure before they appear on Mad Paws.
In fact, of all our Pet Sitting applicants, only one in four are accepted to become Mad Paws Pet Sitters. And if you still need to figure out a Pet Sitter, you can also read reviews from previous clients. Doing so lets you learn more about their pet care style from other Pet Owners.
Our quest to give you peace of mind doesn’t stop there. Every Mad Paws booking is also protected by Mad Paws Accident Cover. This means that, in the event of an emergency, you can depend on Accident Cover to protect your pet. Our Customer Experience Team are also available seven days a week and can lend a paw whenever you need help.
5. Fast forward 5 years, where’s Mad Paws at? Got any cool new services or big plans in the pipeline we can get excited about?
