WOTSO FlexSpace is rolling out a new tech framework across its 26 sites, delivering market-leading internet and digital technology for members.
CEO Jessie Glew says the upgrade in partnership with essensys delivers ultra-fast, exceptionally secure internet, ensuring a consistent high-level user experience throughout the WOTSO network.
Seven WOTSO sites are already live. Installation across all locations – many of them in suburban and regional hubs – is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2025.
“This is an extremely robust system which allows us to deliver a best-in-class experience for our members across every location,” says Glew.
“Now members can visit any of our sites, open their laptop and get straight to work – there’s no need to login or worry about passwords.
“Another benefit is that essensys delivers excellent analytics, giving us much greater visibility on how our sites are being used and how we can better manage the space.”
She says staff productivity has also lifted. “At every site essensys has gone into, our team gets about 25 to 30 per cent of their time back, allowing them to focus on other aspects of site management.”
Glew says essensys, a leading real estate software and technology system, is the ideal complement to Hamlet, WOTSO’s FlexSpace management platform.
Sean Lucas, Senior Vice President APAC of essensys, says the cloud-based system offers all end-users a seamless digital experience at each WOTSO location.
“They walk into a WOTSO, they open their laptop and with a click of a button they’re on their own private, dedicated and secure enterprise grade network dedicated to them without any hassle,” says Lucas.
This means no user is putting excessive pressure on a shared network and enables WOTSO to provide heavy data users such as graphic designers or architects bandwidth upgrades and additional advanced IT services.
“We can now segregate the network at a click of a button on their platform and provide better service for our members,” says Glew from WOTSO.
